WIN: the Two Thirsty Gardener's new book - Wild Tea: Brew your own teas and infusions from home-grown and foraged ingredients - and a case of Tribute pale ale

We’ve teamed up with the Two Thirsty Gardeners for a great giveaway. Three lucky beer and gardening fans can be in with the chance of winning the duo’s new book: Wild Tea, and a case of Tribute pale ale.

Discover the incredible uses of 40 home-grown and foraged ingredients as the Two Thirsty Gardeners guide you through their original brew-it-yourself recipes in their new book: Wild Tea.

Wild Tea presents easy to-follow recipes that teach readers how to collect naturally sourced ingredients – including berries, roots, seeds, leaves and flowers – for brewing their own blends and special infusions, from classic night-time and detox teas, to chai latte and Moroccan mint to specialist Korean barley tea, bubble tea and even dandelion coffee.

There is also a ‘best of the rest’ section with more unique ingredients that can be used for drinks, such as ginger, cinnamon, pomegranate, orange and valerian. Whether you are a gardener, cook or crafter, Wild Tea is the perfect guide to allow you to take your health and wellness into your own garden and create specialised brews at home.

Tribute pale ale, is St Austell Brewery’s flagship beer. Everything about Tribute is carefully considered – from the light-defying bottle, to the specially sourced ingredients, through to the sympathetic brewing process. At 4.2% it’s easy-drinking, light, hoppy and zesty. Orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt resulting in a moreish and memorable beer.
